Booking and payment

How do I book a session?

Use the contact form, call us or email us. Within 2 working days we send a proposal with slot and written quote. After acceptance and a 30 % deposit the session is firm.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card payment in the studio when available. IBAN and reference are on quote and invoice. Business clients pay within 14 days of invoice date.

When can I cancel free of charge?

Up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start you can cancel or reschedule at no cost. Closer to the date, our terms apply.

Is the deposit refundable?

If you cancel in time within the 7-day window we do not retain the deposit. Later cancellation may forfeit the deposit per terms; we explain this on each quote.

For three to four minutes of vocals or speech, allow roughly two to four hours incl. setup. A prepared band may track several basics in one day; exact planning is on the quote.

How many musicians fit in the live room?

Up to 6 at once in the 32 m² live room. Larger groups only after discussion via contact.

Can I bring guests?

One or two guests in control are usually fine. Tell us in advance about larger groups so we can plan safety and sound.

What if we run over time?

Extensions only if you ask and the next slot is free. Extra time is billed hourly at the booked service rate.

Should I bring instruments?

For band sessions bring your guitars, bass and sticks; amps and drum kit are in the studio. Booth and mics are ready. Unsure? Email us before you come.

Files and delivery

What file format do you deliver?

24-bit WAV at 48 kHz by default unless your project needs another sample rate. Mix and master deliver as stereo WAV; multitracks on request after band or vocal sessions.

How do I receive files?

Secure download link or to your cloud drive. Large projects may use external drives; we agree that on the quote.

How long do you keep sessions?

24 months after the last session or delivery. We then delete project files from our servers. Keep your own backups; see privacy policy.

How many mix or master revisions are included?

2 revision rounds per agreed song or EP package. One round bundles your notes in a single email; extra rounds are priced upfront.

Can I send stems for remote mix?

Yes. Follow delivering stems for mix: naming, sample rate and exports without bus limiting. Questions? Contact.
