1. Purpose
This disclaimer explains how to read peonscale.digital and what liability Peonscale B.V. accepts for website information. Studio services themselves are governed by our terms and conditions and any quote; company details are in the legal notice.
2. No professional or legal advice
Articles in our guides — such as loudness for streaming — offer practical explanation, not legal, tax or contract advice. For copyright, neighbouring rights or label deals consult your own advisers. Only a written quote you accept forms the commercial agreement.
3. Accuracy and changes
We update rates (e.g. €195 per mix or €249 for a podcast session), hours Mon–Fri 10–19, Sat 11–17 and room facts (3 zones, live room about 32 m²) when needed. Prices, availability or specs on the site may still lag reality. When in doubt use contact or 020 737 4826.
This disclaimer is effective from 16 October 2026.
4. No guarantee of artistic or commercial outcomes
Audio production is partly subjective. Demos or descriptions on services or service pages illustrate workflow but do not promise identical sound, chart success or platform approval. Outcomes depend on performance, arrangement, source material and distribution choices outside the studio.
5. External links and tools
Third-party links (maps, open data, vendors) are provided for convenience. We do not continuously review those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy or uptime. The contact form uses FormSubmit; see legal notice on transfers and the privacy policy.
6. Website availability
We host with TransIP B.V. and maintain the site with reasonable care but cannot exclude downtime from maintenance, failure or force majeure. Temporary unavailability does not entitle you to damages unless mandatory law says otherwise.
7. Limitation of liability for site content
Where permitted by law, our liability for direct damage from relying on site information (without an applicable contract) is limited to amounts you paid us for studio services in the twelve months before the claim, capped at €500. Indirect damage, lost profit or data loss on your systems is excluded except for intent, wilful recklessness or personal injury.
Consumers keep rights under mandatory law; this disclaimer does not reduce them.
